This is a Brand Name requirement as specified below:

CLIN 0001 - Wilcox Aeronox NVG Mounts, compatible with Ops-Core HGU-100 A/P helmets (45 each); Part No. 62100G12-B

CLIN 0002 - Wilcox Aeronox Battery Packs, for use with the Aeronox NVG mounting configuration (45 each); Part No. 62100G11-B

CLIN 0003 - ERONOX Interface Plate Adaptors, for integration of existing NVGs with the Ops-Core HGU-100 A/P helmet (45 each); Part No. 62108G23-B

In order to be considered for award, the attached SF 1449 must be completed.

Please note: This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Please note: In accordance with 52.232-18; "Availability of Funds" - Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
