(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S24Q0028 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

(2) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, Dated 22 May 2024 (3) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 332311 with a 750 EMP size std. (4) Refer to the attached RFQ and supplemental attachments for: List of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions. Amendment 0002 - A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 12:00 P.M. local AZ time on Wednesday, 10 July 2024. To request attendance, please send the following to the below listed email addresses: Full name(s), date of birth, driver's license number / state identification number, issuing state and last 4 SSN no later than 05:00 p.m. AZ time on Sunday, 07 July 2024. Note: Max two (2) personnel per entity. Approved attendees will meet at Valencia gate entrance to Morris Air National Guard Base, 1700 E. Valencia Rd.

Tucson, AZ, 85706 by 11:45 A.M. (Late arrivals risk non-admission to base). Drivers must have current license, registration and insurance. Photos are not to be taken during the site visit. Any questions arising during the site visit must be emailed per the instructions (below). (7)

Amendment 0003 - The timeline for submission of site visit requests and submission of questions has ended.(8) (8) A site visit was conducted on 10 Jul 2024. No additional site visit is to be conducted. Additonal photos (Attachment 4) and Q&A #1 have been posted to the attachments section of this RFQ.

Amendment 0004 - Q&A #2 and Amended Attachment 1 - Statement of Need have been posted to the attachments section of this RFQ. Previous statement of need has been superseded. Vendors are responsible to review any posted documents and amendments for changes / pertinent details. No acknowledgement is required.
