NGIC Expert Radar Signature Solutions (ERADS) Request for Information (RFI)

The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) is seeking information from any qualified vendor who can perform services for Expert Radar Signature Solutions (ERADS) Wave Device/System Technical Assistance, Fabrication and Support requirement. NGIC is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means for conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement.

NGIC is seeking information on potential sources who are capable of providing support services as described in the attached NGIC ERADS Request for Information. Questions regarding this sources sought notice should be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. eastern on 25 August 2025 in writing to bradley.w.morris4.civ@army.mil and john.e.franklin73.civ@army.mil. Responses to this notice are due no later than 3:00 p.m. eastern on 2 September 2025. Responses shall be submitted to the contacts listed above.
