THIS IS A REQUEST FOR THE SUBMISSION OF WHITE PAPERS (WP) ONLY. This is a request for information (RFI) seeking White Papers only for innovative technologies that accelerate attainment of critical technologies and is used for planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, Solicitation, and Request for Quote, or an indication that the Government will contract for the items contained in this notice.

This request is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this notice or any follow-up information requests.

Interested Vendors must read the notice (attachment) in its entirety and respond in accodance with the instructions as outlined in the Use of Vulcan for INSCOM White Paper Submissions & Sumbission Guidelines.
