Notice of Intent to Sole Source

This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for network video surveillance system compatible to currently installed and configured proprietary components which meet NDAA security standards and restrictions as approved by the DOD, for use at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant.

As authorized and direct designation by Bosch, Esysco of Oklahoma Inc. distributor and certified technicians to perform requirement to meet compatibility and required compliance restrictions. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
