Sole Source DEWESoft LLC Data Acquisition System

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Army Contracting Command- Redstone (ACC-Redstone) intends to purchase a Data Acquisition System from DEWESoft LLC on behalf of the Technology Development Directorate, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for soliciting from a single source as it is determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number W31P4Q-24-Q-0008 is to be a sole source requirement from DEWESoft LLC of Whitehouse Ohio for an All In One Data Acquisition System. The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 334515. The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone is soliciting a quote from DEWESoft LLC to provide the item as listed on the attachment named Technical Requirements 24-5. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03.

Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award.

FAR 52.204-24, Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment and clause at FAR 52.204-25, Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment as prescribed, also included is 52.204-26 Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services-Representation. Other clauses may be included in the award if applicable.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In the event more than one quote is received, the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability of the items offered to meet the Government requirement, price, and delivery. All items shall include shipping costs FOB Destination to Redstone Arsenal, AL. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow.
