GMLRS IDIQ Full Rate Production 18-22 Award

The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal hereby announces the award of modification PZ007 on 30 August 2024 to increase the ceiling amount of Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract No. W31P4Q-23-D-0003 in support of the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) Full Rate Production efforts from Fiscal Year 2023 through Fiscal Year 2027. The ceiling is increased by $3,430,119,287 from $5,600,372,692 to $9,030,491,979.

The increased ceiling will support production of various GMLRS configurations; ancillary services such as cybersecurity, integrated product support, diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages, obsolescence mitigations, qualification efforts, and other services; rate tooling increases; last time buys; and spares.

Award was made to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 W Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75051: CAGE Code 64059 as other than full and open competition in the amount of $9,030,491,979 under the authority of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C) 3204 (a)(1) (formerly 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) – Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
