NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS.

W16W7U0012319531 Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: The Chancellor Masters & Scholars of the University of Oxford 4000 Centre Green Way STE 310 Cary, North Carolina 27513-5822, United States This is a recurring requirement for one (1) Oxford University Press Online Evidenced Base eBook collection subscription for the USMA Library at the United States Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 513130 – Book Publishers with a size standard of 1,000 employees.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
