2024 Munitions Executive Summit (MES): Joint Program Executive Office Armaments and Ammunition (JPEO A&A) Advanced Planning Briefing to Industry (APBI) Guidebook The 2023 Munitions Executive Summit (MES), hosted by the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), is scheduled for March 19 - 20, 2024. The purpose of this special notice is to post the Single Manager for Conventional Ammunition (SMCA) APBI Guidebook.

This guidebook contains information on the JPEO A&A enterprise and its subordinate project management offices, as well as other organizations in the Ammunition Enterprise. Appendix A of this document details Business Opportunities for the current Fiscal Year (FY24). Appendix B lists the Science and Technology Focus Areas for the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center.
