Elevator Maintenance Services - Region A3 (NH014, NH018, VT007, VT012)

AMENDMENT: The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the due date for quotes until TUESDAY, 24 SEPTEMBER 2024 at 2:00PM (Eastern Standard Time).

AMENDMENT: The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the Solicitation deadline date to Wednesday, 18 September 2024 at 2:00PM.

AMENDMENT 0002

The purpose of Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W15QKN-24-R-5068 is as follows:

1. To extend the Solicitation deadline date until 2:00PM, Thursday 29 August 2024.

AMENDMENT 0001

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W15QKN-24-R-5068 is as follows:

1. Due to multiple errors receiving quotes via the PIEE Solicitation website, the Instructions to Offerors paragraph 9a. has been revised to allow all quotes to be submitted via email only.

2. To extend the site visit request date until 2:00PM, WEDNESDAY, 14 AUGUST 2024.

3. To extend the Solicitation questions submission date until 2:00PM, FRIDAY, 16 AUGUST 2024.

4. To extend the Solicitation deadline date until 2:00PM, WEDNESDAY, 21 AUGUST 2024. All other terms and conditions of Solicitation W15QKN-24-R-5068 remain unchanged and in full effect. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Elevator Maintenance Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD).

The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Elevator maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year and four (4) Twelve-month Option Periods. Please review the attached Performance Work Statement for specific details.
