Pre-Solicitation Notice for W15QKN-24-R-5053 Base Operations Support Services for USAG Fort Hamilton Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government’s expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around Monday, 9 SEPTEMBER 2024. The Solicitation Number will be W15QKN-24-R-5053.

Procurement Description: The US Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) intends to procure Base Operations Support services, on behalf of United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Hamilton, Directorate of Public Works (DPW). Services shall be performed at multiple locations across the installation of Fort Hamilton located in Brooklyn, New York 11252. The Government intends to issue the solicitation as a 100% HUBZone Set-Aside preference for this requirement.

The period of performance shall be for one (1) twelve-month base year and four (4), twelve-month option periods. This requirement will be incrementally funded utilizing 2025 through 2030 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract with Cost Reimbursable (CR) (no fee) line items awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation.

Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Elevator Repair and Maintenance services for the B8 Region in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations.

All potential sources must obtain a Unique Entity ID (UEI) Number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://sam.gov/ in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a UEI number, a CAGE Code and register in the SAM database may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
