BOD IBM Datapower Maintenance Requirement

Description:

Purpose: This RFI aims to collect information from potential contractors capable of providing annual maintenance and support services for the Department of the Army, Criminal Investigation Division (DACID) Biometric Operations Department (BOD)’s IBM DataPower Gateway X2 appliances. This includes software and hardware warranty renewals, covering updates, patches, and technical support. The maintenance ensures compliance with cybersecurity requirements and supports 24/7 operational capabilities.

This market research will inform the procurement strategy, potentially leading to a requirement being set-aside for small businesses (fully or partially) or conducted through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be considered. All small business set-aside categories will be taken into account. Please note that telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. For further information, please refer to the attached draft Statement of Work.
