Amendment 02: The purpose of this Amendment 02 is to post the updated attachment Questions and Answers for clarification questions and answers. All other information remains the same. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.232-18, AND IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited, utilizing the procedures set forth in FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a brand name requirement in support of the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division (DACID) for the purchase and supply of 350 new, unlocked iOS 15 Pro model, black titanium and/or natural titanium color mobile devices, no wireless services required, as identified in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) and in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 0001).

Contractor shall be responsible for the provision, delivery and support of all items listed in this solicitation and statement of work. The award will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Delivery shall be within 45 business days after the effective date of award. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), a Limited Sources Justification has been approved and the redacted brand name justification is attached to this solicitation (Attachment 0002).
