Colt M4 Carbines

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 on behalf of Project Manager - Solider Lethality (PM SL) awarded a contract modification, W15QKN-24-C-0037 P00002 to Colt’s Manufacturing Company 547 New Park Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110-1336, pursuant to Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.)

Section 3204(e)(4)(E), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-4(a) states “Full and open competition need not be provided for when precluded by the terms of an international agreement or a treaty between the United States and a foreign government or international organization, or the written directions of a foreign government reimbursing the agency for the cost of the acquisition of the supplies or services for such government.” This contract modification is to procure Colt M4A1 Carbines.
