LIQUID RUNWAY DEICER/BULK (52,800 Gals)

ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC (AFFS) is currently seeking RFQ's on behalf of Vance AFB, Enid, OK 73705 for 52,800 Gallons of liquid deicer, 50% potassium acetate solution. All quotes must be valid for 30 days and to include delivery to 140 Channel St B288, Vance AFB, OK 73705.(Storage Tank Site Location TBD) (please see detailes below). Award will be based on Firm Fixed Price, Best Value/Techincally Acceptable to the Government.

All interest offerors will need to be sent via email to jay.woolsey.ctr@us.af.mil and betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil NLT 9/16/2025 at 10:00AM CST. No late entries will be considered or accepted. All offerors will need to be registered in Sam.gov. The attached forms will need to be completed and returned before an award can be made. The awardee will need to be set up on Net 30 terms if small business and Net 45 terms if large business.
