USU intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to SonoSim, Inc. for SonoSim ultrasound software.The period of performance will be for one base year. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13. See attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source document for full detail.
