Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Inter Agency Institute

USU intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Inter Agency Institute. The purpose is to hold the annual Institute for Federal Health Leaders Course which will take pace starting 3 February 2025. This action is subject to the availability of funds. The period of performance is February 3-14, 2025, with 1 optional CLIN for an additional course in FY25 (period of performance TBD).

Inter Agency Institute in the National Capital Region is the sole provider of the Interagency Institute for Federal Health Leaders Course. This is a recurring requirement. Previous procurements were conducted through the Defense Health Agency. The collaboration between the USUHS and DHA confirms the Interagency Institute as the only Contractor that provides this executive-level course for health and medical professionals. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13. See attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source document for full detail.
