This RFI seeks input from industry regarding capabilities, best practices, and innovative approaches for fixed-wing aviation support, including chartered and dedicated aircraft, to enhance operational effectiveness, mission readiness, and rapid deployment capabilities. See attachment for the information being requested under this RFI.
