(d) Basis for the selection decision: IAW Section M.1 of the solicitation, the Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and represents the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price (LPTA).

DISYS Solutions' total price of $46,812,736.00 is the lowest discounted price proposed in response to the solicitation. DISYS Solutions' offer is considered Technically Acceptable. It is in the best interest of the Government to award DISYS Solutions the BPA USCA25B0003.
