AMENDMENT 0001 - 1. Provide responses to the vendor questions (See Attachment 6) 2. Provide revisions to Section C - Location Monitoring - Description and Specifications accordingly. 3. Provide revisions to Section L - Instructions to Offerors. 4. Revise Attachment 2 - Pricing Sheet. 5. Revise Attachment 4 - Demonstration Script.

6. Extend the Proposal Due date and time to 3:00 PM (eastern) March 8, 2024. ORIGINAL - This is a solicitation for Location Monitoring Equipment and Remote Alcohol Detection Devices and services prepared in accordance with the Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts Judiciary Guide, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All responses shall be submitted via email to AJ_LEE@ao.uscourts.gov and Leanna_stith@ao.uscourts.gov.

Any other type of submission of responses shall not be accepted. Responsible sources shall follow the instructions in the attached RFP in order to be considered. Responses to this solicitation are due by no later than March 5, 2024. This requirement is unrestricted and not set aside for small business.
