USAMMA APS-4 Warehouses Camp Carroll, Republic of Korea (ROK)

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT - U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (USACE) - HUNTSVILLE ENGINEERING & SUPPORT CENTER - has a requirement for services for (1) Comprehensive Project Management Services; (2) Comprehensive Interior Design Services; (3) Comprehensive Equipment Planning Services; (4) Equipment Purchasing Services; (5) Comprehensive transition Planning and Relocation Services; (6) Installation, Testing, and Training Services; and (7) Final Turnover and Close-Out Services.

TThe Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to plan, procure, deliver, install, commission all equipment required to complete all requirements at Sagami and Camp Carroll Warehouses. The Government shall consider all request for solicitation material received by 12:00 PM CST Septemeber 18, 2024. This notice is restricted to Korean firms and vendors.

Interested parties located outside of Korea will not be considered. This is not a Request for Proposal. All interested parties may identify their interest and capibility to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirement. The contractor must meet the terms and conditions of the base contract in order to qualify for this award.

USACE, will not be responsible for any costs incured by interested parties in responding to this notice.
