Good Afternoon - This is a Status Update Only I am awaiting review for the Amendment which is imminent. I wished to advise on a bit of what the context will be for the amendment. The below is not all-inclusive, but allows for your Team to process on.

SIR AMEND-002 will: - Extend the proposal due date:

25 April 2024 - Update/Correct Text and Criteria at the Front Page, Sections H, I, L, and M (changes are highlighted within the SIR document (SF-33)) - Changes the requirement for Instructor Resumes & Letters FROM:

7 - Changes the requirement [PRIME LEVEL] for PPQ values FROM: $15M TO:

$10M and FROM: $10M TO:

$8M for remainder [Submission quantity is not changed - Changes the requirement ['Major' Subcontractor LEVEL] for PPQ values FROM: $5M TO:

$3M [Submission quantity is not changed - Incorporate responses from the Q&A Segment closed as of 21 March 2024. - Notes Font Size for Text/Tables at Min-10 or Max-11 with Times New Roman as preference - Resumes nor Letters go against page count.

Page count is increased to 70 for the Technical VOL II - PPQs extended for a due date of 25 April 2024 - Incorporate revisions for the following documents (I have leaned forward with all but #1 in this Update: SIR_6973GH-24-R-00043_AMA-400 TECHNICAL ISSC_AMEND-002 Att.J-2_SCHEDULE B Pricing - CLIN COMPUTE Tables_AMA-400 ISSC_AMEND-002 Att.J-12 Past Performance Information Form_Rvsd AMEND-002, and Att.J-13 Past Performance Questionnaire_Rvsd AMEND-002.
