TSA Request for Information (RFI)-Bottle Liquid Scanner (BLS), Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT), and Explosives Trace Detection (ETD)

Amendment 00001 The purpose of Amendment 00001 to the subject RFI is to extend the response due date from May 22, 2025 to June 5, 2025 and make updates to specific Points of Contact outlined within the RFI. All updates to the RFI are noted in red bold text in the docment entitled "TSA_AR_OPS_RFI- Amendment 00001".

The purpose of this action is to issue a Request for Information (RFI) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Alarm Resolution (AR) and On-Person Screening (OPS) Portfolios regarding the following Transportation Security Equipment (TSE): Bottled Liquid Scanner (BLS) Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT) Explosives Trace Detection (ETD) Please see the attached RFI and Attachments 1-3 regarding instructions and questions specific to each TSE technology.
