Notice of Intent to Acquire Using other than Full and Open Competition

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Contracting and Procurement {C&P), and Requirements Capabilities and Analysis (RCA) intends to modify contract 70T04023F7573N008 using other than full and open competition. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a sole-source modification to Deloitte Consulting, LLP., 1919 N Lynn Street, Arlington, VA 22209. This contract will address requirements of the RCA office to provide further reporting deliverables to fulfill current mission needs.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-3. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, within 15 days of posting this Notice of Intent. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
