The DHN NCR in support of Defense Health Agency (DHA) requires a follow-on bridge contract for Service Optimization Support Services in order to maintain continuity of support, while a competitive acquisition is being pursued in Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 by Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division – Northeast (HCD-NE). The overall intent is to ensure that the Department can meet mission goals and objectives by providing a full range critical healthcare functions, enhance care coordination, and establish a replicable model for the other eight Defense Health Agency (DHA) Networks.
