Request for Quote: Reliance 500XLS Laboratory Glassware Washer

Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of a Reliance 500XLS Laboratory Glassware Washer. TTB requires a Reliance 500XLS Laboratory Glassware Washer, Single Door, 480V, 3Ph, 3-Wire, Electric Heated dishwasher. The Reliance 500XLS Laboratory Glassware Washer will support the cleaning of all SSD labs glassware: Beverage Alcohol, Nonbeverage Products and Tobacco Laboratory.

Glassware dishwashers are needed to ensure consistent, efficient and cost-effective cleaning of sample prep materials for routine analysis. The period of performance for the purchase order/contract is anticipated to be 30 days after award. This is a SAM.Gov 100% Small Business under NAICS 334516. Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Technical acceptability will be determined by comparing quotations with the requirements of this solicitation.

To be considered technically acceptable, all quotes must include features and specifications. An all-inclusive firm-fixed price award will be made to the contractor whose quote represents the lowest priced quote. The Government intends to make one award from responses received.
