Electronic Pocket Guides

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Quickseries Publishing, Inc. on a sole source basis. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, the Contractor is the only known responsible source who can provide the services for the requirement listed below. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of the Director for Quick Series full library of pocket guides in electronic format as eGuides.

These unique and interactive forms of their publications can only be accessed via Quick Series Content Management System (CMS) Mobile Apps. Topics in the catalogue include Emergency Management, Health, Workplace Policies, Safety, Finance, and Family Related specific title. Quick Series publications are carefully researched, edited, and presented in such a way as to ensure maximum credibility combined with user friendliness.

Quick Series produces numerous publications for the various branches of the Government and Nongovernmental Organizations. Proprietary Data- Quick Series Publishing Inc. retains all distribution rights for the Quick Series line of pocket guides and eGuides. Quick Series retains all ownership and distribution rights for the CMS mobile apps and all eGuides embedded within. All digital products provided by Quick Series are only available under set-time licensing agreements.

Quick Series Publishing Inc. is both the publisher and sole distributor for the Quick Series CMS Mobile App and eGuides. Guides are copyrighted by Quick Series and registered at the Library of Congress. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it can fulfill the requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to satisfy the requirement.

A determination by the Government to compete this proposed award based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that an award will be issued within five (5) days after the date of this notice unless the Government determines that another company has the capability to satisfy this requirement.
