Notice of Intent to Exercise Option Period One

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), located in Shiprock, NM 87420, awarded BPA order 75H71024P01535 to National Environmental Inc., UEI Number TPTQXLJH5UR3, for miscellaneous Optometry supplies on an “As Needed Basis”. Period of Performance was issued as a base plus two (2) option years: • Base Year: 9/23/2024 – 9/22/2025 • Option Year 1: 9/23/2025 - 9/22/2026 • Option Year 2: 9/23/2026 - 9/22/2027 During the pre-solicitation phase a synopsis was not posted. The special notice shall announce of the government’s intent to exercise Option Year One (1). This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
