The Government intends to modify contract N6817122P0209 to include additional periods of performance for SSM, CST Lead, CAG Lead, CSTs, and CAGS for the period of 01 June 2024 to 31 May 2025; 01 June 2025 to 31 May 2026; and SSM, CST Lead and CAG Lead for the period of 01 June 2026 to 31 July 2026, as a result of changes to the supported construction and renovation project.

The place of performance is Sigonella, Italy and the contractor is Singularity Security Group LLC. The estimated value of the action is approximately $3.9 million. The Government intends to solicit from only a single source pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). The labor categories are within the scope of the basic contract.

The short duration of these specialized services in an overseas location, the short turn-around time, and the continuity of management for personnel accreditation necessitate contracting with a single source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
