The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking to award a single, two-phased Design-Build (D-B) contract to provide comprehensive design and construction services for the repair and replacement of the Virginia Square (VASQ) Courtyard and Building Envelope systems at the FDIC campus in Arlington, Virginia. Disclosure of magnitude: Between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000; The FDIC is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
