All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested not will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided by the Government.

Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar (AUAB) 379 ECONS is conducting market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of potential business sources qualified and able to compete for a contract to update the instrument landing system (ILS) at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work System (PWS).

If a solicitation where to be issued, it would be issued under NAICS code 334511. The government requested interested parties to please respond/email the listed Point of Contact (POC) to this notice with your company information to include SAM UEI and CAGE Code. The government can award to any size standard that meets the required specifications. Interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm’s capabilities in providing the required system and services to install the system.

The contractor is responsible to provide all management… Include three past references with current contact information and contract number. If subcontracts will be utilized, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided.

Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. Responses will not exceed five pages. Teaming agreements must be broken out into what work will be accomplished by the prime and work to be accomplished by the teaming partners. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
