THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT - INTERESTED VENDORS ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT A CAPABILITIES STATEMENT TO THE PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT NO LATER THAN 0900 EST, 17 JUNE 2024 CAPABILITIES SOUGHT Coast Guard Recruiting Command (CGRC) Detached Duty Recruiter Coworking Spaces 1.0 GENERAL 1.1 Background - In response to the absence of brick and mortar offices in detached locations, where Coast Guard recruiters operate, the USCG is initiating a program to contract coworking spaces.

These spaces are essential for maintaining professionalism and privacy while conducting interviews and meetings crucial for recruitment efforts. Recruiters in detached locations also have the responsibility of assessing the need for permanent recruitment presence. Providing them with dedicated workspaces supports day-to-day activities and aids in evaluating the necessity for long-term recruitment resources.

This initiative underscores the USCG's commitment to effective recruitment by ensuring recruiters have the necessary support to represent the service professionally and engage with prospective candidates effectively. 1.2 Objective - The objective is to procure contractor services for locating facilities that meet the desired criteria outlined to establish suitable facility locations to provide the necessary infrastructure to deliver services effectively.

2.0 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS/TASKS 2.1 Temporary Coworking Spaces Locations - Identifcation and the ability to secure temporary coworking spaces in the following ten (10) locations across the continental United States: Tulsa, OK; Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Shreveport, LA; Spokane, WA; Witchita, KS; Cincinatti, OH; Huntington, WV; Grand Rapids, MI; and Knoxville, TN 2.2 Temporary Coworking Office Space - Each coworking space must provide an L shaped office desk that measures 60 to 72 inches for the long side and 48 to 58 inches for the short side at a height of at least 30 inches, and provide seating for at least six (6) people, to include an office chair for the recruiter and additional seating for 2-4 guests in immediate work space for interviews and meetings.

2.3 Temporary Coworking Space Additional Requirements: 2.3.1 Facilities must provide easily accessible internet access. 2.3.2 Each of the spaces must have an area between 500-1000 sq ft. 2.3.3 Locations must include a conference room capable of hosting larger gatherings and meetings. 2.3.4 Facilities must be equipped with a printer/scanner, bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, and public parking. 2.3.5 Recruiters must have access to coworking space at least 3 times a week to fulfill their recruitment duties.

2.3.6 Each location must provide a kitchenette, snacks, and water fountain accessible to both recruiters and potential applicants. 3.0 Period of Performance - The period of performance is 24 months from the date of award, anticipated to be a base period of 12-months and a 12-month option period.
