NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Air Force intends to negotiate and award a non-competitive contract to Bouldin and Lawson LLC in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(7), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333922 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for notification.
