Niagara/Honeywell Annual Software License

The Department of Defense (DOD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Broudy Precision Equipment, co., 9 Union Hill Rd, Conshohocken, PA 19428, in order to acquire system mainteance support services. These services consist of annual software updates and services. Broudy Precision installed the current Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC).

Subsequently, all maintenance to the system has been performed by Broudy Precision Equipment as the proprietary owner. Therefore, Broudy Precision Equipment is the only company capable of performing system maintenance and services to the current SCADA system under the valid service agreement. If services are provided by another company, the current service agreement becomes void and null.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) - "Soliciting from a Single Source." The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 513210 - Software Publishers:

Size Standard: $47 Million. The anticipated period of performance is for 12 months with four Option Period. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledge.
