C-5 Nut Drive Manifold

The Government intends to award a single requirements contract for the purchase of spares for the C-5 Nut Drive Manifold as utilized on the USAF C-5 Galaxy transport aircraft. The proposed acquisition will be awarded utilizing full and open competition among all responsible sources. Pre-Award Source Qualification is required in accordance with FAR 9.205. There will also be a First Article Requirement.

Source Qualification Statement previously published under special notice ID SPRWA12300046 (https://sam.gov/opp/ecc6fc2250c041b59da87c3b4713d934/view) applies. Request for proposal (RFP) SPRWA1-22-R-0032 is estimated to be posted within 30 days after the close of this synopsis. This will be for a firm-fixed price contract with a basic 12-month ordering period and 4 additional 12-month ordering periods, for best estimated quantities as follows:

First Article Requirement: Qty- 2 each, Basic Ordering Period- BEQ 29 each, Ordering Period 1- BEQ 1 each, Ordering Period 2- BEQ 1 each, Ordering Period 3- BEQ 1 each, and Ordering Period 4- BEQ 1 each. The particulars of this requirements type contract are as follows:

Detail data/drawings/schematics or any other releasable technical data will be available within the solicitation. To obtain copies of bidset documents an interested vendor must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Interested venders will be asked to request copes of the bidset by providing their CAGE number to the contracting officer (PCO) listed below.

Upon verification by the PCO, bidset files will be released. To become registered in the JCP, vendors can do so at: https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/ IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16) all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
