SPRPA124R354E Combined Synopsis/Solicitation

This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation SPRPA1-24-R-354E is for the Option Period for the Stock CLIN 0003, LTC SPE4AX-18-D-9433 under the V-22 Bell Boeing COI Contract, SPRPA1-17-D-009U. Period of Performance is two years from 11 MAY 2025 - 10 MAY 2027. This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to contract with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award.

If you are not an approved source, you must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR). DLA-Aviation can only receive Source Approval Requests (SAR) through DoDSafe link due to internet/web safety concerns per Engineering. To submit your SAR, please send an email to:

dlaavnsmallbus@dla.mil, subject line "request a SAR drop off". Include CAGE code, the NSN, and the email address where you want to receive the DoDSafe link. After we receive your email request, a DoDSafe drop off will be returned, where you can download your SAR file and return. Interested Suppliers can also contact Bell at https://www.bellflight.com/suppliers#steps. The attached National Stock Numbers (NSNs) have been identified for this current action.

If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. The proposal will be in accordance with the base terms and conditions. The subject requirement will be proposed in accordance with FAR 52.215-20 Requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data and Data Other than Certified Cost or Pricing Data Alternate I (Nov 2021).

Please propose using the same format that is currently in place for the base period: Unit Price, Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), Extended Price, Lead Time, Minimum Buys and Monthly Capacity.
