The purpose of this unilateral administrative modification SPRDL1-24C-0074 P00001 is to update the designated approver of the First Article Test (FAT) to the Procurement Contracting Officer(PCO).

1. The approving authority for the FAT, CLIN 0001AB, is changed to the PCO instead of the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO). Therefore, Narrative ES7345 (E.36), Delegation of Authority for First Article Approval, has been deleted from this contract and no longer applies.

2. Clause 52.209-3, IF60005, First Article Approval--Contractor Testing (ALT I & II) has been updated in conjunction with PCO approval. Contractor will follow clause 52.209-3 instructions for FAT submission.

3. There is no change to the total dollar amount of this contract as a result of this modification.

4. All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Contact the Contract Specilaist with any questions.
