Purpose: The IRS is conducting market research, seeking to obtain interest within the GSA MAS holders. Market Research will assist the IRS in understanding the marketplace interest for services, software licenses, hardware/software maintenance, engineering, development, deployment, and operations support for the on-going management, maintenance, upgrades, and operations of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Live Assistance Program.

Additionally, this RFI is intended to obtain vendor input as what would be a feasible implementation timeline and ascertain what vendors and vendor partnerships are interested in supporting this important IRS program. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHALL THEIR RESPONSES THROUGH THE GSA (PLEASE REFER TO THE LINK ABOVE).
