The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Puget Sound Naval Shipyard/TRF Bangor intends to negotiate a firm fixed priced contract for SOLE SOURCE STEEL GRIT. This procurement will be acquired IAW with the item description, specifications and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
