The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Norfolk at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the items listed below. The award determination will utilize LPTA principles. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13 and FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The Contract Line Items (CLINs) are as follows:

CLIN 0001 CONATHANE EN-1556 KIT. PART A, AMBER, EURETHANE PREPOLYMERE, 300 ML, PART # EN-1556 AND PART B, AMBER CURATIVE, 100 ML, PART # EN-1556 AMBER. TOTAL KIT SIZE 400.0 ML, IAW MIL-M-24041C CAT B TYPE I, (NON 4,4’ METHENE BIS{2-CHLOROANILINE} CURED. The manufacturer: ELANTAS PDG INC. The requirement will be solicited as a 100% total small business set aside.

The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 335932 – Noncurrent- Carrying Wiring Device Manufacturing with a size standard of 1000. The Product Service Code is 5970, Electrical Insulators And Insulating Materials. The anticipated delivery date for this acquisition is 07/01/2024 for phase 1 (100 kt), 08/01/2024 for phase 2 (100 kt) and 09/03/2024 for phase 3 (100kt). The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form only.

The Government is not responsible for inability of the Offeror's to access solicitation documents posted.
