Improvement of Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) Organizational and Staff Job Performance and Decision Making

The purpose of this RFI is to gather market research to help determine the best method to solicit competition for this requirement and identify potential offerors. Interested parties are encouraged to provide any feedback, comments, and questions regarding the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) document which will help improve our requirement before issuance of the solicitation. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is considering issuance of a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) or Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to satisfy the Government’s needs for services within the scope described in the draft PWS attached.
