Justification and Approval to Extend the Period of Performance for the 6 (six) Contracts supporting the Fire and Emergency Services Equipment Tailored Logistics Support Program

The scope of work under the Fire & Emergency Services Equipment (F&ESE) Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) Program includes the total logistics support for the fire and emergency services equipment requirements of DLA customers to include military installations and federal activities worldwide. The primary purpose of the proposed TLS Program is to provide support to authorized customers for all fire and emergency services equipment, supplies, and related incidental services necessary to perform their missions. Various types of fire and emergency services equipment and related incidental services may be provided under the proposed contracts including but not limited to:

hoses, hose fittings, nozzles, tools, fire extinguishers and other extinguishing agents, rescue equipment, respiratory protective devices, regulators, uniforms, turn out gear, first response and search and rescue supplies, decontamination equipment, detection equipment, hazardous material (HAZMAT), communication equipment, training equipment, compressors, emergency egress and protective systems, pumps, and generators.
