This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. This is not a Request for Proposal for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can manufacture the items listed below. Drawings are not available. Interested contractors will be required to submit a complete technical data package, which will be forwarded to the Engineering Support Activity (ESA) for review. This technical package must include a copy of the original manufacturer’s drawings for comparison by the ESA.

The drawings are proprietary to the manufacturer and the Government is not in possession of the said drawings. Only completed packages with the original manufacturer and interested party will be reviewed by the ESA. Original manufacturer drawings must be obtained directly from the manufacturer by the interested party.

SPECIAL NOTE: The Government does not possess the drawings for this item, and they are proprietary to the manufacturer of the item – EDWARDS DESIGN AND FABRICATION, INC. Therefore, no request should be made to the Government for any drawings of this item. DLA Troop Support is in the process of developing a solicitation for part number MPS-OHC-CB-52.5-15which is associated with national stock number 5410-01-685-7002. This item is for a Container, Special.

This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material because of this inquiry. The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material because of this inquiry. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
