DRUM ASSEMBLY AMMUNITION LOADER

DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of NSN 1730-01-261-9950, a Drum Assembly Ammunition Loader. This NSN is manufactured to General Dynamics-OTS (CAGE 05606) P/N 217F701. The solicitation will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil) on, or around, February 16, 2024. At that time, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.

This procurement will be issued as an Unrestricted opportunity. Large Businesses interested in submitting a proposal will be required to submit a Subcontracting Plan. The Government intends to utilize the procedures of FAR part 15, Negotiation, to solicit for a one-time, Definite Quantity procurement with Fixed Price. The government will make one, single award.

The Government intends to issue award to the responsible vendor offering the lowest price, whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation. The Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) and Annual Demand Frequencies (ADF) listed in the solicitation represents only estimates from data available to the contracting officer at time of solicitation.
