Combined Synopsis/Solicitation & Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition for Water Modification Kit - NSN 4610-01-699-8815

This solicitation consists of the following NSN:

4610-01-699-8815 NOMENCLATURE: Modification Kit, Water. This acquisition is being processed under the authority of FAR 13.5, "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items" and, therefore, will utilize simplified procedures for soliciting competition, evaluation, and award documentation and notification that comply with FAR 13.1. This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted, full and open competition basis. In accordance with FAR 13.105(b), a combined synopsis and solicitation is hereby proposed.

The government intends to issue a single award for a Firm-Fixed Price Contract procured according to procedures outlined in FAR 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government will make an award, as a result of this solicitation, to the responsible offeror, offering the lowest price, whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this solicitation.
