DETECTORS/TUBES

The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 27 NSNs, primarily Detector Tubes. This is a successor contract to SPE7MX-20-D-0126. A five-year base period is anticipated. Applicable NAICS is 334511 and Small Business Size Standard is 1350. Solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition. The solicitation will be available on April 15, 2025, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP.

FOB and Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item.

One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars.
