Amendment 0001 to Solicitation Number SPE608-26-R-0200 3.7 Domestic Ship's Bunkers Program

Amendment 0001 for SPE608-26-R-0200 is being issued to incorporate the following solicitation updates/clarifications:

1. EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE This solicitation is hereby extended from November 14, 2025, to November 21, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, local time.

2. Add minimum quantities to Attachment A - Schedule of Supplies.

3. Update the mode of delivery at several locations on Attachment A – Schedule of Supplies and Attachment B – Offer Data Sheet.

4. Update the links incorporated in clauses FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998) and FAR 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated By Reference (Feb 1998) in the solicitation.

5. Add the Data Sheet for Proposed Exceptions – Attachment F. Clarification: For the United States (CONUS) the sulfur content cannot exceed 15 ppm. Submissions are due Friday November 21, 2025 @ 3:00 PM EST, FT BELVOIR TIME Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of Solicitation SPE608-26-R-0200 remained unchanged and in full force and effect.
