Amendment 0008 to Solicitation SPE608-25-R-0200 1.PURPOSE The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the MGO requirements in Duqm, Oman. 2.REQUIREMENT A. Ancillary Charges Total ancillary charges under the Bunkers CENTCOM Purchase Program shall not exceed 10% of the total contract price for fuel per delivery order. The Government will not reimburse ancillary charges exceeding this amount.

B. RESOLICITED REQUIREMENTS 1)Closing Date for This Amendment: Offers responding to this amendment are due Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, local time. 2)Required Supplementary Quality Assurance Provisions are included. See attachment.
