Into-Plane Reserve Storage Notice of Intent to Award a Future Contract at Brisbane, QLD, Australia & Rockhampton, QLD, Australia - Request for Capabilities Statement

The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA-E), Fort Belvoir, VA 22060 is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government’s intent to Award a future contract - Firm Fixed Price (FFP w/ EPA) contract IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 procedures. Location 1 is for Brisbane International Airport (YBBN) located in Brisbane, QLD, Australia. DLA Energy requires into-plane and reserve storage capability for the following:

CLIN 0001 Into-Plane Brisbane International Airport (YBBN) Australia Aviation Fuel (JA1) 750,000 USG CLIN 0002 Reserve Storage Brisbane International Airport (YBBN) Australia Aviation Fuel (JA1) 7,800,000 USG Location 2 is for Rockhampton Airport located in Rockhampton, QLD, Australia. DLA Energy requires into-plane and reserve storage capability for the following:

CLIN 0001 Into-Plane Rockhampton Airport (YBRK) Australia Aviation Fuel (JA1) 780,000 USG CLIN 0002 Reserve Storage Rockhampton Airport (YBRK) Australia Aviation Fuel (JA1) 7,800,000 USG This procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR Part 15. This will be a future competed requirement.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 324110. The Product of Service Code for this requirement is 9130. This will be a small business under the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector. This Notice of Intent NOT a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available at the moment, and telephone requests will not be honored.

No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining vendors capable of competing on this procurement.

If any vendor believes they have the necessary access and capability to provide continuous, uninterrupted into-plane support at Brisbane International Airport & Rockhampton Airport, along with reserve storage fuel at Brisbane International Airport & Rockhampton Airport and additional storage in the surrounding area (within 500 kilometers from Brisbane International Airport & Rockhampton Airport), please submit your capabilities statements/responses to the email addresses below.

All interested parties must be able to provide documentation confirming their role as a provider at Brisbane International Airport & Rockhampton Airport, or a letter of agreement, commitment, or partnership with the prospective fuel providers.
