This notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Quotes (RFQ). This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals or quotes. No award will be made as a result of this notice.
The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by respondents in furnishing this information. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing Jet A-1 fuel (JA1) for various military and federal civilian agencies for Into-Plane aviation fuel supply at various overseas locations under 2.3 West Domestic Into-Plane purchase program. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential business sources. The locations are commercial airports in American Samoa, Hawaii, Wyoming, Hawaii, Alaska, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
Requirement: The anticipated requirement is for the supply and delivery of Jet A-1 Fuel to various airport locations in the CONUS West AOR. Suppliers must be capable of providing Jet A-1 fuel that meets the following specifications:
Quality: In accordance with Military Standards (MILSTD)1548H w Change 1. Delivery: Ability to deliver fuel to multiple locations, potentially including both military and international ports. Quantity: Suppliers must be able to handle varying order sizes, from small quantities to large deliveries.

None Submission Details: Interested suppliers/vendors should submit a capabilities statement that includes the following information: Company Name, Address, and Point of Contact Information. Business Size and Classification. Identify all that apply (e.g., SB, SDB, 8(a), WOSB, EDWOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB). DUNS Number and CAGE Code. Description of Relevant Experience. Provide details of previous contracts or projects involving the supply and delivery of JET A-1 fuel. Delivery Capabilities.
Describe your ability to deliver JET A-1 fuel to various locations in the CONUS West AOR, including any geographic limitations. Compliance with Specifications. Confirm your ability to meet the required JET A-1 fuel specifications IAW Military Standards (MILSTD)1548H w Change 1. Ancillary Services. Not Applicable. Other Relevant Information. Any other information that would be pertinent to this requirement.
